A belated update ...most of the goings-on around here have been Channels-related so I haven't been checking in here at all.
Recording-wise, I've been tweaking up some more mixes for my friends in Drop Sonic, mixed some songs that Don Zientara recorded for John Stabb's band the Factory Incident, finished up a Hidden Hand out-take, and I've been checking out CD-Rs of the Paint it Black mastering. There are some great possibilities on the horizon, including more recording with Vic Bondi and (if all goes as planned) a chance to work with the Bomb in Chicago at the beginning of '05.
The search for a viable studio space here in lovely Baltimore MD goes on. Some very exciting near misses and some good prospects in view. Hopefully I'll at least be in a space and working to fix it up by the end of '04.
I fall more in love with this town every day. Baltimore is due for a moment in the sun - I hope when that happens it can still hang on to the things that already make it great.
